A consultancy built by peers, for the systems peers serve.
We are a small team of nationally recognized peer support leaders, recovery advocates, and lived-experience strategists. We work where most consultants don't — inside hospitals, courtrooms, and government — translating recovery wisdom into operational change.
Parker Wolff
Parker Wolff is a nationally recognized peer support leader, recovery advocate, and the 2024 SAMHSA Star Award recipient for Peer Support Worker of the Year. She has spent more than a decade building peer programs that actually work — inside health departments, hospitals, and courts.
Her work spans the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment, the Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health's Forensic Steering Committee, the Austin State Hospital redesign, and federal convenings on peer support and behavioral health reform. In October 2024, the Denver City Council issued a proclamation recognizing her contributions to Global Peer Support Celebration Day.
Lived experience is a discipline, not a backstory. We treat it that way.
Programs, policies, and even buildings can be redesigned around the people they serve.
We work inside the room — at the steering committee, the planning charrette, the redesign table.
